Service Coordinator

plans, coordinates, and manages customer-related service, from receiving inquiries via phone/email to scheduling technicians and delivering resources, to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently, often ranging from emergency service to repairs.

The role is central to customer satisfaction and requires good organization, communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, often with a focus on both service and administration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Receive, register, and prioritize customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, portal).
  • Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate technicians and resources for installations, repairs, and service visits.
  • Support: Act as a link between customers, technicians, and suppliers, as well as manage orders and inventory.
  • Customer Contact: Ensure that the customer receives professional treatment and guidance throughout the process.
  • Administration: Maintain logs, manage materials, and perform various administrative tasks.
